Refund of Policy

1. Business Customers Only

Sharkslap Audio memberships are available exclusively to businesses, agencies, freelancers, and self-employed professionals.

By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business activity and not as a consumer.

2. No Refunds

All membership fees are non-refundable once access to the Sharkslap Audio platform and music library has been granted.

This includes:

• Monthly subscriptions

• Annual subscriptions

• Membership upgrades

• Additional services purchased through the platform

3. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in an active subscription period.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

Verified billing errors will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
