Use for clients actively managed by the subscribing agency
Restrictions:
Music files may not be redistributed to clients
Clients do not receive ownership rights
Access credentials may not be shared
General Restrictions
Users may not:
Resell music files
Redistribute music files
Upload music to stock libraries
Use music for AI training
Create competing music catalogs
Share downloaded files outside the licensed organization
Membership Expiration
Music downloaded during an active membership may remain in previously published projects after cancellation.
New projects may not be created using Sharkslap Audio music after membership expiration unless a new active membership is obtained.
Ownership
All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and ownership of the music remain with Sharkslap Audio and its licensors.
